How do we do it!
We buy direct from the many different manufacturers and distributors.
When you place your order with us we verify the current availability of the
items on the order.
Availability is around 95% of the items on the site.
We carry instock about 30% of what is shown on the website. The remaining
will be shipped to us from our suppliers within 4-5 days.
We do not charge your credit card until product is ready to ship.
If the items are not in stock, then they are ordered and shipped to
Bladematrix for redistribution to you.
This process takes about 4-5 days.
We will then send you a tracking number or shipping status email for your
order.

If you order something 3 day select , if it is not in stock then it will not
start shipping for about 5 days.

Once received we will credit your credit card account in full

shipping.
Our 30-day warranty starts from the day the item(s) are

When we recieve the item(s) back, we will ship you the

A return tracking number will be sent to you via email once the replacement is
shipped.
Out of stock item(s) Policy
The item(s) currently out of stock will be removed from your
order automatically and you will be notified for possible replacements.
We will determine if and when to ship partial orders
depending on the size of items and shipping destination of the order.
Out of stock Back order policy
If you would like to have out of stock item(s) put on back
order please identify that to us in the comment section of the order form.
The item(s) will be removed from your current order and
shipping will be adjusted according to the remaining weight.
The Back orders will be placed in a new order and be put on
hold until you approve the back order separately.
Once approved Bladematrix.com will place the item on back
order at your request.
Bladematrix.com will authorize the funds on your credit
card when the order is placed.
Bladematrix.com will charge your credit card when the item is
ready to ship.
If you determine after a long wait you no longer want the
item(s) you can request the cancellation of the back order. As long as the item
is not on its way from the manufacturer. This will take one day for us to
verify.
